As we celebrate the success of our previous charity books, we are dedicating this project to the incredible relationship that defines motherhood. Our goal is to capture professional studio portraits that embody the warmth, love, and closeness that is shared between mothers and their children.
This is not just any ordinary photo shoot - it's a once-in-a-lifetime experience that celebrates the magic of motherhood. We are committed to intertwining beautiful portraits with stunning fashion and accessories, as well as powerful stories that will move all who read them. Selected mothers and their children will be part of our upcoming book, "Motherhood."
We welcome all Mothers and Mother Figures with children of any age, including young children, teenagers, or adult sons and daughters to apply for this unforgettable experience.
We are also excited to welcome adult children who wish to express their affection for their mother, by treating them to an indulging experience that they will cherish forever.

Studio1000 Photography Australia will aim to raise $5000.
$50 from every session is directly donated to our chosen charity Sydney Children’s Hospital Foundation and is 100% tax deductible.
Together we want to use our platform to inspire and connect, not just to raise awareness but to also make a positive impact and utilize our position as a powerhouse in the Australian Photography Industry to deliver happiness through an exciting photography project

Who can apply?
Mothers and mother figures who have young children, teenagers, or adult sons and daughters are encouraged to apply for the Motherhood Charity Book Project. We believe that the bond between a mother and her child is timeless, regardless of their age. In fact, we also welcome adult children who may want to treat their mother to a luxury experience and be a part of something truly unique and special.
Whether you have young children who fill your days with laughter and joy, teenagers who are beginning to find their own paths, or adult sons and daughters who continue to be a source of love and support, we invite you to apply. This project aims to capture the various stages of motherhood and the beauty that lies within each of them.
Shoots will take place in our Studio from August 2023 to June 2024. Shoots must be completed in 30 days from the donation date.
Spaces are limited, we expect the shoot to have all time slots filled within a few weeks.
Participation Fee
The Participation fee to take part in our “Motherhood” Charity Book Project is $149 with $50 from every session donated directly to our chosen charity this is 100% tax deductible.
Studio1000 will also donate their valuable time for the project.

Can I purchase additional photographs?
Yes you can, Studio1000 will provide an opportunity to view your portraits instantly after the photo shoot concludes. Its entirely up to you what you spend, some of our clients may invest a few hundred dollars while others may invest a few thousand.

The fine print
All Bookings are made and handled through Studio1000 directly.
All shoots will be made in complete COVID-19 compliance with social distancing and restricted venue numbers
Book will be sold separate
Only one wall art credit per experience can be used.
Sessions are to be scheduled & completed within 30 days of participation fee and donation.
Demand is high so weekday and weekend appointments might be limited.
We will be photographing this project over several months and the experience will take place in our studio.
Shooting for the project will conclude March 2024. Production for the book will take a further 3 - 6 months.
Please DO NOT pay money to Sydney Children’s Hospital Foundation directly as Studio 1000 is authorized to collect on their behalf. Participation fee is to be paid to Studio 1000 at the time of booking . At the end of project $50 from every session will be donated to Sydney Children’s Hospital Foundation. You can verify Studio 1000 are authorized collectors for charity of Sydney Children’s Hospital Foundation by calling 1800 770 122 or emailing info@schf.org.au
RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION POLICY
Inclusive of up to five people, additional people can be added from $25 per person, 1 x makeover included, addtional makeovers can be included at $95 per person. To deliver a Unique Photo Shoot Experience we must set aside up to three hours of our team’s valuable time, this may consist of a Makeup Artist, Photographer and Viewing Consultant. If you are unable to attend your scheduled Photo Shoot, we kindly ask that you respect our time by providing us with adequate notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. We require a minimum of 7 days’ notice for the rescheduling of any weekend appointments and 48hour notice for mid-week appointments. Failure to notify us within the required time will result in the loss of your holding deposit. We are not able to refund your participation fee or holding deposit if you change your mind. Due to the nature of this project all shoots must be completed within one month from initial booking date. We allow one complementary reschedule. Once you’ve used your complimentary reschedule. A $100 fee will be required for each reschedule after that.
