I can provide a copy of my own Public Liability Insurance
To proceed with a booking you must provide a copy of public liability insurance which covers you and your company whilst using Studio1000 Photography Australia.

- I will ensure that Covid19 social distancing and hygiene protocol are practiced at all times. If my client and/or any member of my team has experienced a fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, travelled interstate or overseas in the past month, or are awaiting Covid19 test results I will not permit them entry to the studio. I will notify the studio immediately if anyone present on-set discovers that they have been in contact with someone who has tested positive to Corona Virus.
- I will not allow more than 14 people (excluding studio staff) to be inside the studio at any one time. This is in order to remain in line with the studios trading permit and will oversee that bump in/out is carried out as quickly and efficiently as possible.
- I have declared that my client/team is planning on filming ‘behind the scenes’ and/or social content whilst shooting stills. I understand that this act may interfere with studio staff activities and requires a closed set to be pre-arranged which may incur an additional fee.
- I have taken into account that the acceptance of items delivered prior to my booking date and/or the housing of items post-departure must be discussed 48hrs in advance and that approval is at the discretion of studio owner/manager.
- I will ensure that my booking (if full day studio hire) is wrapped and bumped out by 5pm unless overtime has been pre-arranged with studio staff. I understand that failure to comply will result in applied overtime from 5.15pm (upon expiry of 15min grace period) at the hourly rate of $80 per hour and is payable by credit card prior to departure. I understand that the studio owner or manager will be present to allow for bump in and out and may be present during the hire time.
- I will ensure that housekeeping requirements have been met prior to departure. Housekeeping refers to the return of the space as a whole to its originally found state. This includes studio equipment/mobile walls/prop-styling + set-design elements being returned to where originally found, breakout area/used rooms have been ordered, waste placed in bins provided, dishes cleaned, and no unreasonable cleaning is required. I understand that the housekeeping & equipment deposit charged is refundable only upon confirmation by studio staff that these requirements have been met.
- I will provide invoice remittance in full via email 24 business hours prior to arrival at the studio on my booking date. I understand that failure to comply may result in entry into the studio being refused.
- I forfeit 100% of invoiced studio hire fee in the event that my booking is a no-show and/or that I cancel our booking within 48hrs prior to our arrival.
- I will incur costs related to the repair/replacement of damage/loss to the building and/or studio property brought about by my client/ team that the studio deems as outside of accepted wear and tear.
- I am aware that the studio takes all care but no responsibility for my client/teams property during my booking and will ensure that battery packs and other items are not left to be charged overnight.
-I will ensure that children and parents on-set remain in a designated area whilst not required on camera that no animals are permitted in the studio unless required on-set and accompanied by a handler, and that music videos do not use amplified instruments or drums.
- I will include the above terms and conditions in my call sheet and/or make my client/team aware of them prior to entry.
- I will remove waste outside of that which provided bins are reasonably capable of holding, prior to departure. This includes unwanted and/or left over catering.
- I understand that Studio1000 Photography Australia has insured the studio premises against all normal insurable risks but not further or otherwise. Should any part of the property or hired equipment be damaged due to negligence then I understand I will be charged the repair or replacement cost.
- I understand it is my responsibility for insuring my own equipment and personal property and that belonging to my clients, assistants, associated personnel and other third party individuals. I will insure that my public liability insurance covers me whilst using Studio1000 Photography Australia.
- I agree to indemnify Studio1000 Photography Australia against any costs including legal costs, damages, payments, fines, or interests Studio1000 Photography Australia may incur as a result of me or my company breaching this agreement.
