Terms & Conditions

To deliver a Unique Photo Shoot Experience we must set aside up to three hours of our team’s valuable time, this may consist of a Makeup Artist, Photographer and Viewing Consultant. If you are unable to attend your scheduled Photo Shoot, we kindly ask that you respect our time by providing us with adequate notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

  1. All offers including but not limited to session fees, discounted promotions and gift card holding deposits, are strictly non-refundable should you decide not to proceed for any reason.

  2. Experience valid for up to 4 people inclusive of 1 female makeover. Additional people can be added from just $25, additional makeovers can be added from $150pp.

  3. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

  4. Cannot be exchanged for cash. Cannot be used to purchase images from a previous shoot. 

  5. One promotion experience per family per year per household.

  6. Valid for six months from purchase.

  7. Two days notice is required to reschedule or cancel a weekday appointment & seven days notice for a weekend. Failure to provide notice will result in a rescheduling fee of $100. We allow one complementary reschedule providing the adequate notice has been given (to be completed within 60 days of your original session date)

  8. Gift Cards - A deposit of $50 for weekday bookings is required and $100 for weekend bookings.

  9. All Offers including a bonus portrait are with purchase. Portraits start from $265.00.
