COVID-19 - FAQ’s

We understand some of you might have some questions about what measures we are taking to managing COVID so we’ve taken the time to put together commonly asked questions about your Unique Photo Shoot Experience, which we thought might be helpful

Are you still taking bookings? 

Absolutely, like all registryered COVID SAFE businesses, we are following government guidelines and have a proactive plan to ensure a safe experience for all of our valued clients. 

Can I purchase a Gift Experience?

Yes, you can still purchase a Gift Experience online. We can post your Experience Gift Box to your chosen recipient. Now is the perfect time to gift someone special the gift of portraits. Share this enjoyable and memorable experience. See our new Experience Gift Box here.  

What measures are you taking concerning COVID 19?

We have and always will be committed to creating and delivering a Unique Photo Shoot Experience for all of our clients. We have implemented some necessary changes to make sure our clients still enjoy their experience and so that we can keep our clients and our team safe.

  • Design and styling consultations can be done either over the phone or in-store. We’ve just launched a stylish new range of products available. View them here before booking your experience. Art Finishes & Packages

  • All clients will be asked to check-in via the Service NSW Covid Safe App upon entry to our Studio.

  • In line with the NSW Government and to ensure we are putting the health and safely of our clients and staff first we require you to wear a mask upon arrival to our studio. During parts of your experience, there are times when you will not be required to wear them, such as when your makeup is being applied, hair styled or while participating in your photo shoot.

  • Our team will be supplied with clean masks during the makeup and hairstyling component of your experience or where appropriate.

  • We provide Makeup as part of your studio experience. We have implemented the necessary protective measures to ensure this is a safe and positive experience for all. Please advise our team if you would like to arrive with your makeup applied.

  • Hair styling is part of your experience, so if you want us to style your locks before your photo shoot, we are ready to go with safety measures in place of course. Please advise our team if you would like to arrive with your styled.

  • We are limiting the number of our photo shoots in the studio, with our team to look after you and guide you every step of the way. 

  • We’ve always been clean freaks, however, to give you peace of mind, we are continuing to sanitize and clean after each experience. 

  • Our photographers are highly experienced and do not make physical contact with you, but they will surely make you laugh, ensuring to capture those special moments. 

  • We advise you to stay home if you are feeling sick, have a sick family member at home, ave been in contact or had Coronavirus

Are you offering on-location photo shoots? 

While we are still offering our Unique Photo Shoot Experience in Studio, we can also provide a Unique Location Experience. New to Studio1000 our Location Experience is an outdoor photography experience located at the Trench Reserve Penrith.
